EURO-LOG - THE INTEGRATION COMPANY FOR LOGISTICS

Management

Jörg Fürbacher, Managing Director

The systematic pragmatism he propagates in the development of IT-supported integration solutions is probably a product of his studies in Business IT and his broad-based business experience.
Before becoming Managing Director of EURO-LOG, Jörg Fürbacher discharged a number of functions in various industries, helping him to differentiate between what is technically possible and what is in fact necessary from the business perspective. In major multinational companies such as Shell/Esso and Deutsche Telekom, he managed international technology projects or software implementations. In M&A assignments and as the authorized signatory of IVC Venture Capital AG, he examined commercial decision-making parameters and new future-oriented concepts. Today, Jörg Fürbacher’s different realms of professional experience guarantee EURO-LOG’s customers reliable pragmatic and commercially meaningful IT solutions.
Direct customer relations are what fascinate Jörg Fürbacher in medium-sized company structures.
For me, all our people at EURO-LOG, whether they are project managers, developers or our support team, work in Sales. In teamwork with our customers, we all aim to produce optimum IT solutions with the best possible technical and commercial result. And that’s not just the sort of advertising speak you find in major companies. I personally see to it that we live this partnership in cooperation with our customers on a day-to-day basis. Like this, EURO-LOG gains access to the markets through recommendations from satisfied customers and not via virtually unlimited financial and marketing budgets. This creates a basis for doing business that builds on competence, openness, reliable implementation and trust. This value-oriented culture was also what motivated me in early 2002 to take on this assignment at EURO-LOG.
