Innovative and pragmatic logistics solutions with a lasting benefit value “have their prize”. In the automotive industry, the best solutions each year receive the AKJ Automotive elog@istics award. In 2006, the jury from the academic and business world conferred this prestigious prize for the application of EURO-LOG’s container management system within the Woco group. Developed from scratch in less than a year, the system manages the stocks and swapping of all kinds of containers in a closed cycle between manufacturers and suppliers. This efficient management of load devices demonstrably realizes rapid process-related and economic success and hence the goals set by AKJ Automotive. In winning this coveted award, EURO-LOG and Woco came out ahead of prestigious companies such as DaimlerChrysler, T-Systems/ICS, or Robert Bosch and Eskape.

No sooner had EURO-LOG launched its digital pen solution in the market than AKJ Automotive dubbed it best tool 2007. With its innovative digital pen technology, EURO-LOG combines paper-based and digital data capture in a single process and rapidly translates this into tangible economic benefits. The lean and inexpensive solution for mobile data capture can be used in a variety of different logistics applications such as delivery, incoming goods control, inventory, but also in vehicle maintenance or quality assurance. Manual post-entry of handwritten documents – as well as the related costs – are a thing of the past.
