No, of course we’re not talking about the world-famous holiday resort Saas-Fee in Switzerland. What we are referring to is the “Software as a service” business model, Saas for short, which replaces the previous application service providing by offering more flexibility. The days when software was sold over the counter in colourful boxes are for the most part over. In future, applications will be sold via the Internet, on demand of course – in other words, as and when the software is actually needed.EURO-LOG offers flexible services and products that enable companies to promptly adapt the used applications to their own business processes. Above all small and medium-sized enterprises are relying today on on-demand, but corporate groups are also increasingly jumping on the bandwagon.
